Dr. Henry Richard Alexander M.D. is a surgery expert witness from New Jersey. He completed his undergraduate degree in 1971 from the University of Colorado and then earned his medical degree in 1975 from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He further completed his internship and residency at National Naval Medical Center and then completed his fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He has a physician's license from the state of New Jersey and is certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Currently, Dr. Alexander is the Chief of Surgical Oncology at Rutgers Cancer Institute. He is also the Chief Surgical Officer and the System Director of Surgical Oncology at RWJBarnabas Health. Additionally, he is the Regional Director of Surgery for Monmouth Medical Center.
